Nick Carter was arrested in Florida on last night.
According to an eyewitness on the scene, police officers took Nick into custody after a bar brawl in Key West, Florida.
It's being reported Carter was involved in some kind of scuffle inside a bar, and eventually the police showed up and arrested the Backstreet Boy.
Nick was then booked for misdemeanour battery.
