Kendrick Lamar has announced his highly-anticipated new album, which will be released next month.
It will be the follow up to his 2017’s studio album Damn, which won the Pulitzer Prize for music and was the first non-jazz or classical work to get it.
There are also four other albums in the rapper's discography, 2011’s Section.80, 2012’s Good Kid, M.A.A.D City and 2015’s To Pimp A Butterfly.
Lamar also featured heavily on the soundtrack for the MCU's Black Panther, released in 2018.
The new album, titled Mr Morale & The Big Steppers is marked on the calendar for the 13th of May.
