Vitalii Sediuk has struck again, this time at Paris Fashion Week, targeting Kim Kardashian as she was entering a restaurant.
Kardashian's make-up artist posted a video of the incident near the L'Avenue restaurant on Wednesday to his Instagram account.
It shows the reality television star negotiating her way through a crowd of paparazzi past her black car as Sediuk, a former Ukrainian television reporter, swoops in and seems to attempt to kiss Kardashian's bottom.
Security staff are seen reacting immediately and pulling the man to the floor.
Paris police said they had no immediate indication that a formal complaint had been filed.
Sediuk also accosted model Gigi Hadid at Milan Fashion Week, saying it was a form of protest against the use of celebrity models.
