Jada Pinkett-Smith has shared a public message for the first time since her husband slapped comedian Chris Rock at the Oscars.
The comedian, who played iconic characters such as Kurt McKenzie in Grown Ups and voiced Mart the Zebra in Madagascar, was making his speech/monologue when presenting the Best Documentary Oscar award.

Will's wife, Jada, suffers from alopecia, a condition that causes hair loss, to which Chris Rock joked about.
The joke ended with Will Smith smacking Chris across the face.
Jada has since spoken out about the Oscars moment, posting a quote on her Instagram saying it's a "season for healing."

Will Smith has since apologised - saying his behaviour was "unacceptable and inexcusable".
In his acceptance speech, he said that fellow actor Denzel Washington told him, "At your highest moment, be careful. That’s when the devil comes for you."
