Following on from the success of their 2nd single Strong Suit - led in no small part by the brilliantly surreal video featuring Frank the man with an orange for a head, the anonymous duo Gorgeous Wrecks released their 3rd single Army of Regret and, subsequently, their debut album Gentle Art of Persuasion. Army of Regret is a head-bopping piece of acoustic driven synth pop, laden rock undertones and carried by the unique vocal talents of their (still) unnamed singer.

I repeat NOTHING …. to do with toast (if you're of a certain age, you'll get that reference). To celebrate its anniversary, the brothers from Planet Zog have uploaded the entire album to streaming services so a new generation can discover this masterpiece for themselves
