The animated flick will not follow the 'toy' Buzz that we know and love, which was originally voiced by Tim Allen.
Instead, we'll see Chris Evans play the 'real-life' Buzz Lightyear, which the toy is based on, who blasts off into infinity and beyond.
The movie was first announced at the 2020 Disney Investor Day and is scheduled for release in cinemas next month

And this isn't the first time that F1 has crossed paths with Disney, as seven-time world champion Sir Lewis Hamilton, Aston Martin's Sebastion Vettel and even F1 legend Michael Schumacher appeared in various Cars films in the past.
It's not known yet though what characters the young Scuderia drivers will voice.
Lightyear hits the big screens on the 17th of June.
