Charlie Puth has released his latest single called 'That's Hilarious' from his upcoming new album.
It follows his smash hit 'Light Switch' which he teased for months on the social media platform TikTok.

Similar to Light Switch, the American singer took to TikTok to promote 'That's Hilarious', but not in the same fun fashion as it's predecessor.
Puth posted a video on the site where he broke down in tears explaining how much his new song means to him.
In the video he said, "I'm really excited for the song to come out."
"But every time I hear it, I'm kind of brought back to a time that was really, really, really challenging in my life"
"I'm also really excited for you to hear it — but I just heard the master and it brought me back to 2019 which was the worst f***** year of my life."
"This is the hardest song that I ever had to put together, and I'm so excited for you to hear it."

The song is more mellow than the funky and poppy Light Switch, but it certainly packs a punch when it gets the chorus with the essential Charlie Puth bass drop and vocal harmonies layered on top.
The song lyrics really reflect what Puth is saying in his TikTok, with an emotional vocal performance.
