Tiger King's Carole Baskin is sueing the show's creators for using footage of her in the upcoming series.
Season two of the show will be released on Netflix later this month, after the success of the initial series.

She was featured in the show as a rival to breeder Joe Exotic.
Carole owns the animal sanctuary, Big Cat Rescue, and says the streamer doesn't have permission to use footage of her in the follow-up season.
Exotic is currently in prison in the US after it was revealed he allegedly hired a hitman to kill Carole Baskin.
Baskin's legal team argues they weren't allowed to use footage of her in season two.
Season 2 of Tiger King will be available to stream from November 17th.
