Adele, James Bay and Years & Years are the big contenders at this year's Brit Awards.
The nominations for the event on February 24th were announced today and unsurprisingly, Adele is in the running for multiple awards following her comeback in late 2015. She's up for Best British Female Solo Artist, British Artist Video Of The Year, British Single and British Album Of The Year.
Last year's Brit's Critics Choice Award winner James Bay is also up for four awards - British Male Solo Artist, British Breakthrough Act, British Single for Hold Back The River and British Album Of The Year for 'Chaos and Calm'.

Years & Years also get four nominations this year - British Group, British Breakthrough Act, British Single and British Artist Video Of The Year for King.
The official Brit Awards nominations are based on votes cast by a Voting Academy, consisting of over 1,000 representatives from the music industry, and for the first time, a competition winner.
