Cheryl Fernandez-Versini's said to have pulled out of talks to return to the X Factor.
It's being reported Cheryl won't return to the judges' line-up for the new series, which airs later this year.
Cheryl's also apparently wanting to take some time out of the spotlight away from scrutiny over her new relationship with One Direction's Liam Payne.
