Kesha's turned down a deal to be released from her contract with producer Dr. Luke.
She's written on Instagram that she was offered her freedom if she withdrew the allegations against him of sexual assault and made a public apology.
Kesha also told fans she would not be taking back the truth and would rather ruin her career than lie for a monster ever again.
