Rapper 50 Cent is suing a doctor over misleading claims he had his penis surgically enlarged.

On September 16, attorneys for the rapper filed a lawsuit claiming Jackson had "graciously agreed" to pose for photos with Angela Kogan. Kogan then allegedly used the photos "to promote her business", Perfection Plastic Surgery and MedSpa.
NME reports that a photo of her and 50 Cent was included in an article about penis enhancement surgery, and Kogan actually named 50 Cent as one of her clients. The article in question has since been removed but is reported the image was used on the thumbnail for the article as well.
Since filing the lawsuit, Kogan's legal team have denied the claim, and argued that the photo was used "solely for entertainment purposes."
They claim that 50 Cent had accompanied his girlfriend to Perfection Plastic Surgery and Medpsa and had agreed to promote the business in exchange for "free Medspa services."
Despite this defence, the judge ruling in the case has denied a motion to dismiss. Judge Robert N Scola has ruled that 50's claim is strong enough to proceed to the next judicial stage. In the ruling made on Monday this week Scola wrote "As the proverbial saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words."
