There are doubts around the validity of a rental advert in County Wexford which went viral on social media today.
The ad - posted to letting site daft.ie - advertises classrooms in a former girls' Primary School in the town, St Joseph's National School.
The classrooms with a 'shared bathroom' were hosted on the website to be shared among four letters at a cost of €275 per month each.
The photo shows the classrooms in almost the same condition as they were when the school was amalgamated with Scoil na MBraithre and St Michael's in July of 2016, and the building was left vacant.
The bizarre pictures show an old blackboard still in one classroom, while an old school toilet and canteen double as shared living and sanitary facilities.
There is a washing machine available to use and central heating is still on in the former school, according to the listing.
However, New Ross Senator Michael Sheehan has posted to Twitter, calling the ad a 'fake', with it taken down from Daft.ie earlier this afternoon (February 11th).
@Twitter this is fake and false. Please remove

The Daily Mail has attributed letting agent 'Monoma Ireland' as putting up the ad, who Beat News have contacted for comment.
'Monoma Ireland' appear to be the new name of 'Camelot Europe' whose site directs to a holding company called 'Mosaic World'.
Their advertisement for the space is still on their facebook page, and calls on artists looking to live and work in a space.
"Currently we have 6 large studio type rooms available in New Ross, Wexford, for a 6 month period." the facebook post says.
You get a large room to yourself, which can be both a studio and living space. With shared shower and kitchen facilities in the remainder of the property."
