McDonald's is putting plans in place to reopen in the UK and Ireland

McDonald's says it's carrying out operational tests this week as it puts plans in place to reopen in the UK and Ireland.

The fast food giant says it will consider social distancing measures, personal protective equipment and opening in a limited capacity.

But the company says for now outlets remain shut.
