Beat 102 103 is today (28.07.2022) celebrating the latest JNLR listenership figures.
A massive 50,000 people now ‘wake up with their mates’, Niall Power and Sho Lyons on Beat Breakfast each morning from 7am.
‘Beat Breakfast with Niall and Sho’ launched in August 2021. Within 12 short months, the popular duo has already broken previous listenership records for the station’s flagship show.
The JNLRs show the highest EVER listenership to Beat Breakfast in its 19-year history. It is also the most listened to Breakfast Show in the South East of Ireland.
Welcoming the news, Beat Breakfast Presenter and Head of Station Sound, Niall Power, says;
“Sho and I have such fun together since we started last August, so it's a real buzz to see an increasing number of people joining us every morning for the craic. Meanwhile, Beat Breakfast Presenter, Sho Lyons, says;

The JNLR figures released today also demonstrate the station continues to thrive across the board, with a market share of 16.1%. Market share refers to the length of time people listen to Beat across the day.
Beat 102 103 also holds onto the title of most-listened to radio station among its target market of 15-34s in Carlow, Kilkenny, Waterford, Wexford and South Tipperary.
